OUR REST PROGRAMME
Created by Wellness Instructor Chinmayi “Julie” Dore, our Rest programme features classes in yoga, mindfulness and meditation. It offers classes such as breathing and relaxation techniques, plus specialist classes including yoga for runners and improving flexibility.
With both video and audio recordings to choose from, each class lasts between five minutes and one hour, and they’re tailored to different levels of experience. So you’re able to go as deeply into the practises as you want, and you can always find something to meet your needs, mood and schedule.
Rest provides you with the tools you need to understand your body and mind. Helping you fully relax, reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, or improve sleep.

Chinmayi “Julie” Dore has been practising and teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years, when she used it to turn her own health around. She’s also trained in more than 20 complementary therapies and healing techniques, and is a true rest champion.
Chinmayi loves to teach: helping people use her techniques to tune into themselves both physically and emotionally. She truly believes in the healing powers of rest, and the transformative impact it can have on our overall wellbeing.
