When we’re active, we’re healthier and more flexible, so we can move more freely and generally feel better in ourselves. But to be sustainable, the activity we choose has to feel attainable; doable. And it has to be enjoyable. Once it is? We’re able to do so much more than we ever thought possible.
OUR ACTIVE PROGRAMME
Devised by Wellness Instructor Mark Boateng, our Active programme is full of fun and creative classes designed to fit into your day, however busy it might be.
Ranging from warmups, stretching and resistance band work, to bodyweight, step and family fun, there are activities to suit everyone, whatever your level of experience.
Active classes can be performed indoors or outdoors, with or without equipment. They’ll equip you with ideas and tools, so you can make activity part of your everyday life. Before you know it, you’ll be moving more and feeling better in yourself.

Mark Boateng has over a decade of experience training individuals and groups, with a particular focus on helping people work activity into their daily lives. He believes the key is simply having fun – and that means finding the activities that work for you.
Mark loves what he does because he helps people evolve physically and mentally, by supporting them as they get and stay active: as they become the best version of themselves.
